To Export Partlist to Adobe PDF format

To export Partlists to Adobe PDF format you can choose either of the following methods:

Select the Adobe PDF Format option from the Direct to drop-down in the Print Options window.

OR
Adjust your Printer settings to Microsoft Print to PDF when you select Printer from the Direct to drop-down in the Print Options window.

OR
If you wish to preview the PDF before printing then in the Print Options dialog select preview in the Direct to drop-down and click Start then select Microsoft Print to PDF from the Quick Print option in the Preview ribbon.
